Shipping & Exchange Policy

Once your order is processed & your credit information verified, your order is shipped within 2 business days unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services such as FedEx. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from the post office. We do ship to military installations such as APOs. We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail unless you specify Overnight or International Express. We DO NOT ship items to PO Boxes. All address information must be verified.

Express Shipping Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Shipping We recommend that international orders be placed through PayPal to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information and statements of card authorization. We ship International Air via USPS and packages are expected to arrive 6-10 business days after placing an order. International Express is expected to arrive within 2-4 days via FedEx. We can only provide tracking numbers for USPS and FedEx, which may be linked to tracking numbers provided by your local post. Canyon Falls Spa & Salon ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office with any clarifications.

Holiday Shipping Canyon Falls Spa & Salon is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Express Shipping is not available from December 23- Jan 2.

In-Store Pick-Up (Atlanta Location Only) If you are purchasing hair for an appointment with a Canyon Falls's Stylist or are otherwise an Atlanta/Northwestern Georgia resident, you may select to have your items shipped to our location at 9310 S. Eastern Ave. Suite 120 Las Vegas, NV 89123 to be picked up in-store. You will receive notification when your items are available. If you select In-Store Pick-Up and an item is back-ordered, you will be notified of shipping changes by a customer service representative via email along with further instructions.

Unavailable Stock If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Canyon Falls Spa & Salon's as an accepted sender.

Custom Lace Wigs Will ship within 4-6 weeks of purchase. Henry Margu Designer Wigs will ship within 5 days of purchase. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for Henry Margu Designer Wigs.

Exchanges We at Canyon Falls Spa & Salon's are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us at info@canyonfalls.com and let us know what's bugging you. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for a product exchange within ten days of purchase or receipt on all uncompromised hair still in the original package. Send an email with the tracking information to info@canyonfalls.com along with your desired product. In your package, please include your original packing slip and a handwritten request of what you would like in exchange. By doing so, you are giving us the right to alter your method of payment for any differences in price. All exchanges will be shipped standard rate once tracking information is confirmed.
